PCA-STREAM makes the website https://www.pca-stream.com (hereinafter the “Platform”) available to the public.
By using the Platform, you become a user of it (hereinafter the “User(s)”).
In this respect, PCA-STREAM undertakes to ensure the protection of its Users’ personal data.
Use of the site
In application of the intellectual property code (CPI), any partial or total reproduction for collective use of the PCA-STREAM platform is strictly forbidden without the express authorisation of the PCA-STREAM agency. The user is also forbidden to modify the http://www.pca-stream.com domain, to translate or transcribe it into any other language, to transfer the data of the http://www.pca-stream.com domain to any third party without the prior authorisation of the PCA-STREAM agency.

Use of the contents of the site
Definition – The term “contents” used in this page shall be understood as follows: “contents” means any type of information, work, text, article, video, sound, animation, photograph or image contained in the site.
Authorised use – The intellectual property code authorises, under the terms of paragraphs 2° and 3° of article L. 122-5 of the CPI, on the one hand, “copies or reproductions strictly reserved for the private use of the copyist and not intended for collective use” and, on the other hand, subject to the name of the author and the source, “analyses and short quotations justified by the critical, polemical, educational, scientific or informative nature”. Any other representation or reproduction, by any process whatsoever, in particular by downloading or printing, will therefore constitute an infringement punishable by articles L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. You are therefore authorised to access, download and print any page of content on a temporary file for your personal use. With the exception of works put online and subject to a technical protection measure, in accordance with the provisions of the Directive of 22 May 2001 on the “Harmonisation of certain copyright and related rights in the information society” (Dir. 2001/29/EC, 22 May 2001, OJEC 22 June, n°L 167, p. 10), the reproduction of the pages of this site is authorised on paper, to the exclusion of any other and subject to compliance with the following three cumulative conditions: free distribution; respect for the integrity of the content reproduced (no modification or alteration) on condition that the source is mentioned; explicit citation of the PCA-STREAM platform (http://www.pca-stream.com) as the source and mention that reproduction rights are reserved and strictly limited to private copying.
Prohibited use – All content published on the http://www.pca-stream.com website is the exclusive property of the PCA-STREAM agency or third parties from whom it has been obtained the exploitation rights. Consequently, any representation or reproduction in whole or in part, made without the consent of the author or his assigns, is illicit (art. L 122-4 of the CPI).
All uses as described below must be subject to prior written authorisation:
– extraction, manipulation, modification of the contents in any way whatsoever;
– distribution, broadcasting, exhibition, public representation of content ;
– storage of content on any medium whatsoever, including extraction from databases, computer programs or the website;
– rental or lending of content ;
– commercial exploitation or publication of content in any way whatsoever.
Use of Users’ personal data
Your personal data are collected by PCA-STREAM as the data controller.
The personal data collected from Users are processed for the purpose of communicating with PCA-STREAM, managing your requests, making the Platform available, operating it, improving it and maintaining a secure environment.
More specifically, the processing carried out by PCA-STREAM is as follows:
Access to the “My Account” area for Users who have created an account on the Platform: for the creation of this account, PCA-STREAM keeps your name, first name and email address.
This data is processed on the basis of your consent. You have the possibility to delete this account at any time. Your data will then be deleted within 1 month. This data is kept for as long as your account is active and then for a maximum period of three years from the last time you logged into your account in the absence of any indication to the contrary on your part.
Execution and follow-up of general requests made by Users, via the Platform, at the addresses pca@pca-stream.com, recrutement@pca-stream.com and com@pca-stream.com: to respond to your requests, PCA-STREAM keeps two years.
This data will only be used to respond to your requests. They are kept for a maximum period of two years from the date of their collection.
Management of applications and partnership requests addressed, via the Platform, to recrutement@pca-stream.com for requests related to recruitment and com@pca-stream.com for requests for partnerships and more generally related to communication: to respond to your requests, PCA-STREAM keeps your surname, first name, email address, CV and portfolio.
These data will only be used to respond to your requests. They are kept for a maximum of two years from the date of collection.
Sending of quarterly digital publications to Users registered for this purpose via a form on the Platform: for the sending of these publications, PCA-STREAM keeps your name, first name and email address that you have communicated to it via the Platform’s form. These data are processed on the basis of your consent. If you no longer wish to receive these publications, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link. This takes effect immediately and your data will be deleted from our mailing list. PCA-STREAM uses a service provider located in the United States to manage these mailings. Consequently, PCA-STREAM frames the transfer of Users’ data to this service provider with standard contractual clauses in accordance with the requirements of the DPSP.
Production of anonymous statistics on the use of the Platform thanks to the Google Analytics tool (duration of visits, number of visits for the same user, gender, age, geographical position). These data manage the operation and optimisation of the Platform. This anonymous data is kept for a maximum period of one year from the date of collection.
In any event, the personal data collected is kept in a secure environment and will only be accessible to the people who have to process it. PCA-STREAM only passes on your personal data to a third party when :
PCA-STREAM needs to share this information with third party subcontractors in order to provide you with the service you request (requests, orders, subscriptions to digital publications) or
PCA-STREAM is summoned by a judicial or other administrative authority to provide the information.
The data are not transferred outside the territory of the European Union, unless specifically indicated otherwise.
Cookies
When the User navigates on the Platform, PCA-STREAM collects and uses personal data in the form of cookies.
PCA-STREAM informs the User that it may use cookies.
You can at any time configure your navigation software so that cookies are recorded in your terminal or, on the contrary, that they are rejected (either systematically or according to their transmitter).
You can also configure your browser software so that the acceptance or rejection of cookies is offered to you from time to time, before a cookie can be stored on your device.
Please note: any configuration is likely to modify your Internet browsing and your conditions of access to certain services requiring the use of cookies.
Cookies are kept for a period of three years.
Your rights
Finally, in accordance with the regulations in force, as a result of the collection of the personal data listed above, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit and, in some cases, oppose. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at the email address indicated below. You also have the possibility of lodging a complaint with the CNIL.
