ALTAREA and its subsidiary Cogedim have today handed over the keys to the new emlyon business school campus, designed and built by the architectural firms PCA-STREAM and Insolites Architectures.
The campus has been designed to spatially embody the school’s pedagogical project: maximum flexibility to respond to the hybridization of teaching and spaces favoring active and collaborative learning, articulated around a beating heart, a place of gathering and life where synergies are forged.
Marking its return to the city, emlyon is part of the environmental and academic dynamic of the Gerland district. The building, with its sober, high-performance facades, terraces and planted walkways, opens onto a vast garden. It meets the challenges of low-carbon architecture in dialogue with nature, and will welcome students from the start of the 2024 academic year.
