Covivio, Hines France, and PCA-STREAM have come together to create the Stream Building, a manifesto building located at the heart of the new Clichy-Batignolles district that integrates almost fifteen years of research by Stream Lab into innovations addressing the key challenges facing the cities of tomorrow. Circular by design, the Stream Building is a relational and productive hub that will energize this new urban center within the Greater Paris area by concentrating all the activities associated with a vibrant urban life.
Eating
ShAKe offers the Euralille district an atypical and convivial silhouette, with a spiraling planted promenade topped by a belvedere. PCA-STREAM is rethinking the office building, opening it up to the city and its residents, to adapt to the changing face of an increasingly open-plan working world. The form of the building-promenade is an invitation to live and share.
The renovation of this emblematic building in Nantes, the Tour Bretagne, is an opportunity to transform an obsolete symbol of the Trente Glorieuse era by adapting it to the contemporary challenges. PCA-STREAM and MAGNUM reinforce its elegance and slenderness by adding a mixed-use housing program, becoming the precursor of a new era for the city and metropolis.
PCA-STREAM lends new impetus to a banking complex from the late nineteenth century, remarkable by its heritage value but closed on itself and poorly adapted to today’s modern requirements. Through a subdued intervention following a circular approach, the studio has augmented the building with new outdoor spaces, as well as programs and services that are largely porous to the vibrant city life within the district.
True to its urban vision of a sustainable, desirable, and inclusive city, PCA-STREAM is involved in Café Joyeux’s vocational center for the rehabilitation of people with mental and cognitive disabilities on the Champs-Élysées. As part of this solidarity-based partnership, the studio has designed a pop-up venue on the “world’s most beautiful avenue”, showcasing its staff’s capacity to provide quality service. The interior space, which is adapted to the special needs of its staff, has a welcoming and colorful atmosphere, providing a warm and friendly venue. On the walls, Café Joyeux’s adventure is displayed, while the prep space is open to the public in order for all the staff to be made visible, as this is not just a place of meeting and interaction, but also an awareness-raising project.

From virtual canteens to connected fridges, a whole range of innovations is gradually being introduced in office buildings. They are part of a fundamental movement that is shaking up our lunchtime practices. It’s no longer just a question of space, but now also of experience.
